A rare visit and opportunity to meet and become acquainted with Nikolai Igorevich Sikorsky, whose father developed the first working helicopter and founded the famous company in Stratford, CT.  Igor Sikorsky also helped to found St. Nicholas parish in Stratford.  Holy Trinity Monastery's founder Fr. Panteleimon was the first rector of St. Nicholas parish.  Accompanying Mr. Sikorsky will be Professor Alexander Dmitrievich Portniagin, together co-authors of the book "Коснувшись неба" which features Igor Ivanovich Sikorsky.  A lecture at 2pm will be open to the public.
